I eat healthy. I exercise daily ... Tai chi yoga and up to 40 push ups before each meal. I have to stay in shape for dancing and work. Not to brag but once I saw two teens steal some items at a festival, now the 6'2" 15 old year fun like a deer and disappeared but his chubby 5'6' friend was the prey I was after. After a 300 yard Olympic worthy sprint i tackled the perpetrator and soon support arrived ... When the police arrived, they asked if I had anything to say to the lad before they took him. I said two things "Lad if you are going to choose to be a thief, you have got to get in better shape, you seldom see successful fat thieves in the movies and there is a reason. ' and "Secondly, when I was young, I learned that you need to chose friends who are slower than you. Follow my advice and you will fair better next time" ... It made the police chortle loudly. It is late, I might delete that story in the morning ... Until then I will add that success and peace comes when the mind body and spirit are all healthy.

What I'm looking for

My lass will hopefully enjoy live theatre, comedy clubs dancing and weekend getaways to hot springs and historical old towns and sites and state/national parks. Sometimes I like going on an adventure with the radio on and the window down on a dirt road. I have lived/worked/travelled in 32 countries I have plans for more ... But so I can put money into my ranch (ie barn)I have been seeing the USA since I have only been to 12 states. I love the West and the Rocky mountain states. I sent many years of my youth and later in my university years and working in Scotland and you will see that reflected in my humour and dress and speach. I teach and give seminars on Scottish history and Scottish influence on America's founding and growth ...
